PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a boosting means to operate in correspondence with the operation of a load and thereby enhance the stability of voltage during operation and solve such problem that, the irregular operation of a boosting means works as a noise source during the operation of a load. SOLUTION: A controlling means 23 detects the operation of the load 6, and sends a signal out to the boosting means 22 in correspondence with that operation and regulates voltage. Consequently, the controlling means supplies power to the load 6 with stable voltage. Further, the controlling means causes the boosting means 22 to operate during a period for which the operation of the load is not influenced. Thus, the operation of the boosting means which does not have the influences of noise and the like on the system can be implemented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
