PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adverse effect by water or the like boiled over or spilt to the top face flowing into an electric equipment in the instrument body, even if an air intake port and an exhaust port are opened on the top face. SOLUTION: The air intake port 115 from outside of the instrument body 12, the exhaust port 116 from inside of the instrument body 12, and a drainage part 117 from the top face 12a of the instrument body 12 are installed on the instrument body 12 so that the drainage part 117 is independent from the air intake port 115 and the exhaust port 116.
