PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet wiper suitable for nursing and care, capable of urging the metabolism of the skin, preventing dryness of the skin and giving moisture to the skin. SOLUTION: A keratin softening component, a natural moisture-holding factor, and moisture-holding vegetable extracts are included in a non-woven fabric including liquid-absorbent fibers. As a result, old keratin is removed to urge production of keratin cells, and the skin is moisturized so that dryness of the skin can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
