The invention relates to a device for the administration of the medicaments with cerebral action or with psycho-neuro-endocrine effects, with a fast mounting on a way as close to the intracranial circulation as possible. The said device comprises, on the frame of some glasses attached on the pacient, a tank (4) wherein there is the medicamental substance which, by means of some capillary tubes (5 and 6), reaches to an evaporation surface (7).
