<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device which does not generate a picture defect resulting from contrast unevenness such as color unevenness even when a scanning direction is reversed. <P>SOLUTION: Picture signal lines 304 are pulled around so as to surround a data line driving circuit 101 on a TFT array substrate 1 and these signal lines are connected so as to be connected to a sampling circuit from both sides of the data line driving circuit 101. Then, signal supplying contacts 103g, 103h for contriving connection with an external signal source are provided on the substrate 1 and both ends of the signal lines 304 are connected to these signal supplying contacts 103g, 103h and a picture signal is supplied from the both sides. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
