PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesiveness of a rubber elastic body and a metal shell of a run flat support body of a run flat tire wheel assembly. SOLUTION: The run flat tire wheel assembly comprises a run flat support body of an annular metal shell and a rubber elastic body, formed in a hollow part of a tire/rim. The rubber elastic body is formed of a rubber composition containing diene rubber of 100 pts.wt., carbon black of 40-90 pts.wt., sulfur of 3-8 pts.wt., organic acid cobalt of 0.1-1 pts.wt. in terms of cobalt element content, phenylenediamine system antioxidant of 0.1-3 pts.wt., and of resol type alkylphenol resin 1-6 pts.wt., thus improving adhesiveness of the annular metal shell and the rubber elastic body.
