PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control device, method and program capable of preventing the leak of information. SOLUTION: When a peripheral user 3 gets close to this display control device 1, a sensor 4 detects the peripheral user 3, an ID acquisition part 5 acquires an ID from the peripheral user 3, and an access right operation part 6 confirms the combination of the IDs. When the combination of ID is changed, access rights matched to the acquired ID and the ID of an operator 2 are acquired from an access right storage part 7. A display determination part 8 compares the access right attribute of a file acquired from a file attribute storage part 9 with all the access rights. When all the access rights are enabled to browse the file, a display device 10 continues the display of the file, and if any one of all the access right is disabled to browse the file, the display device 10 lays the file to a non-display state.
