PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding/processing control method for a beltlike film material and its equipment, wherein, in manufacturing a flexible product by providing a processing-thermal processing such as heat sealing given on the way-while feeding the beltlike film material and by cutting finally, the adjustment on the feed rate of the film material relative to the expansion and contraction produced by any cause of the film material can be done in a highly accurate manner and a flexible product which keeps a uniform length without fluctuations of the cutting positions and is stable in quality can be obtained. SOLUTION: The beltlike film material is punched at a given spacing in its longitudinal direction, and between the feeding apparatuses installed in a plurality along the feeding direction a dancer roll is interposed that makes it possible to change the feeding rates of the upstream and downstream side of the feeding direction. In the downstream side of the dancer roll, the positions of the holes are detected, and the deviations of the hole positions from their normal positions are detected. The feeding rate correction corresponding to these deviations of the hole positions is computed, and, based on the correction amount, the feeding rate of the feeding apparatus located on the downstream side of the dancer roll is adjusted so that the hole positions comes to the normal positions.
