FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology, insecticides. SUBSTANCE: invention describes 13-substituted derivatives of milbemycin of the general formula (I): and their salts wherein R1 represents methyl group, ethyl group, sec. -butyl group; R2 represents hydrogen atom, or alkyl group with 1-6 carbon atoms; R3 represents hydrogen atom, acetyl group, pentynoyl group and alkylsulfonyl group; or R2 and R3 in common with nitrogen atom to which they are bound form 2- oxazolidinone-3-yl group; and group -a- in common with carbon atom to which it is bound forms 3-6- membered cycloalkyl group. Invention describes also 13-[1-(4-methoxyacetylaminophenyl)cyclo- pentanecarbonyloxy]-5-hydroxymilbemycin A4 or its salt and 13-[1-(4- - methoxyacetylaminophenyl)cyclopentanecarbonyloxy]-5-hydroxymilbemycin A3 or its salt. Invention represents compositions, method for plants and animals protection against damages caused by parasites. Indicated compounds elicit anthelminthic, acaricide and insecticide activities.
