摘要 FIELD: vacuum engineering; evacuation and cleaning of exhaust of powerful chemical oxygen-iodine laser. SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes chamber for preliminary cooling and freezing-out water vapor which is connected with laser outlet and inlet of at least one cryo-adsorption pump which are connected in their turn with cryogenic agent source by means of additional vacuum pump; system includes also regeneration unit and control unit. Connecting pipe lines are provided with valves. Cryo-adsorption pump has hermetic heat-insulated housing with inlet branch pipe and branch pipes for delivery of cryogenic agent and discharge of its vapor. "N" number of identical radial cryo-panels forming axial passage for exhaust are arranged in said housing coaxially at definite distance. Each cryo- panel is formed by porous gas-permeable shields, screens for example made from highly heat-conducting material with adsorbent and radial heat-removal tube between them. Heat removal tube is connected with cryogenic agent supply and discharge lines. Cryo-adsorption pump is provided with additional cryo-panel made in form of sleeve adjoining housing; this additional cryo-panel is formed by insulated highly heat- conducting material with arcs of heat removal tubes and fins. Each radial cryo-panel is additionally provided with circular plate made form highly heat-conducting material. Cryo-adsorption part is provided with radial fins having circular beads at 4/5 of outer edge of its radial surface; adsorbent in form of mixture of zeolite granules and chips of highly heat- conducting material, copper for example is laid between said fins. Radial heat-removal tube is located inside plates. Remaining 1/5 part of surface is condensing. Inlet of cryo-adsorption pump is provided with shield. Radial cryo-panel may be made in form of radial circular plate from highly heat-conducting material; it may be provided with double-sided fins and may be divided or not divided into condensing and/or cryo- adsorption parts; radial heat removal tube arranged inside is connected with cryogenic agent supply and discharge lines. Radial cryo-panel may be made in form of radial circular plate from highly heat-conducting material with radial heat removal tube inside it. EFFECT: increased speed of response; simplified construction due to use of same lines for cooling and regeneration. 3 cl, 8 dwg
