摘要 |
FIELD: ceramics. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at manufacturing high-quality oxide ceramic powders and consists in thermolysis of nitrate, chloride, acetate, and other salts. Thermolysis is performed on cellulose matrix preliminarily impregnated with salts. Resulting oxides are subjected to high-temperature treatment at temperature not below 650 C. Cellulose matrix utilized is cellulose production waste (thermolysis temperature 550-600 C). Solution concentrations, on conversion to metals, vary from 80 to 120 g/cu. dm. EFFECT: essentially reduced consumption of reagents and simplified technology. 4 cl, 3 ex |
