PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide array film which can exclude stray light which has failed to couple with an optical waveguide to thereby contribute to realization of low-cost optical wiring. SOLUTION: In an optical waveguide array film where a plurality of optical waveguide cores 2 for transmitting optical signals are arrayed in an optical waveguide clad 1 for optical confinement, separating grooves 3 for optically separating adjacent cores 2 from each other are provided in a part of the clad 1 between cores 2 in areas other than light input/output end parts of cores 2.
