PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of simply and highly accurately manufacturing a fine pattern, a mold used for the same, and a pulling tool. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the fine pattern such as a core or the mold of the core of an optical waveguide for performing transfer printing using such a mold having a catch part on edge for example, such as the pattern of a structure of roughly flat plate and of the fine pattern, having a protruded part and a recessed part, by applying external force in a pulling direction on the mold, the fine pattern is manufactured performing the transfer printing for the situation of adjusting the mold dimensions or the like.
