PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify electronic equipment by which a sophisticator has performed falsification. SOLUTION: A current home page 21, current check information of signature information in the current home page 21 are stored in an electronic information storage part 24. An update log 32 including identification information for a computer 1 of a home page preparing person preparing/updating the home page 21 is stored in an update log storage part 25. This patrol system 4 stores a patrolled patrol log 23 in a patrol log storage part 38. The patrol system 4 patrols the presence of falsification in the current home page 21, and specifies an sophisticator's computer 7 based on the update log 32 stored in the update log storage part 25, and based on patrol log 23 stored in the update log storage part 25, when deciding the presence of the falsification.
