PURPOSE: A cascaded organic electro-luminescent devices is provided to enhance luminance efficiency and improve operational stability and voltage stability by using a cascaded OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode) structure. CONSTITUTION: A cascaded organic electro-luminescent device includes an anode, a cathode, a plurality of organic electro-luminescent units, and a plurality of connecting units. The organic electro-luminescent units(120.1-120.N) are arranged between the anode(110) and the cathode(140). The organic electro-luminescent units include a hole-transporting layer and an electron-transporting layer. The connecting unit(130.1-130.(N-1)) is arranged between each adjacent organic electro-luminescent unit. The connecting units include sequentially n-type doped organic layers and p-type doped organic layers. The p-type doped organic layer includes a dihydro-phenazine derivative compound.
