The present application relates generally to compounds and pharmaceutical compositions which selectively activate toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7), and methods of making and using them. Provided are a compound of formula IIawherein Ris -NRR; Ris C-Calkyl, C-Calkenyl, C-Ccarbocyclyl(C-C)alkyl or phenyl(C-C)alkyl, optionally comprising as a substituent in phenyl ring C-Calkoxy; -L-Ris -O-C-Calkyl or -O-C-Calkylene-O-C-Calkyl; each of Rand Rindependently represent H or C-Ccarbocyclyl(C-C)alkyl; or Rand Rtogether with nitrogen to which they are both attached, form an unsubstituted heterocycle, wherein the heterocycle is a 4- to 6-membered monocyclic fully saturated ring containing an hetero atom selected from N; and n=0, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts of said compound, composition comprising said compound or a salt thereof, methods of agonizing toll-like receptor 7, comprising the use of such compounds, and the use of said compound as a therapeutic agent. |
