PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel unifying a color tone of a background and making outward appearance attractive. SOLUTION: This organic panel 1 is formed by arranging an organic EL element 3 interposing an organic layer 7 having at least a luminescent layer between a translucent first electrode (a transparent electrode) 5 and a non-translucent second electrode (a back plate) 8 on a translucent supporting substrate 2. A sealing member 9 is arranged so as to airtightly cover the EL element 3. A colored layer 4 positioned in a gap part A between at least the second electrode 8 and the sealing member 9 is installed in the supporting substrate 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
