PURPOSE: A tire for reducing noise is provided to decrease noise without lowering steering stability, abrasion resistance and wet traction by reducing vibration from oscillation from the road surface during traveling and resonant vibration from the tire with mounting the sound absorbing material in the inner part of the tire belt layer and the inner part of the sidewall. CONSTITUTION: A sound absorbing material(13) is formed in the inner part of tire belt layers(3,5) and the inner part of a sidewall(11) formed in the end of the belt layer to minimize vibration transmitted to the axle from the sidewall and reduce noise during traveling by restricting oscillation between the tread and the road surface and resonant vibration of the tire. The sound absorbing material includes polyurethane, butyl rubber, butadiene rubber or silicone rubber, and the thickness of the sound absorbing material is 1- 5 mm. The noise of the tire is decreased with mounting the sound absorbing material in the inner part of the belt layer and the inner part of the sidewall.
