PURPOSE: A refrigerant uniform distributing apparatus for a heat exchanger is provided to make liquid refrigerant and gas refrigerant flow in each tube equally by forming smaller bore of a header toward an opposite direction of an inlet end. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger includes a header(11) and tubes. A bore(D) of the header becomes smaller toward an opposite direction of an inlet end. refrigerant flows in the inlet end. Therein, flowing speed in the header is fast. Therefore, gas refrigerant flows in a middle portion and liquid refrigerant flows in a circumferential portion as an annual flow shape. Thereby, efficiency of the heat exchanger is improved by making liquid and gas refrigerant flow in equally.
