PURPOSE: Provided is an aromatic polyurethane resin composition, which prevents oxidation caused by ultraviolet rays, nitrogen oxides, and heat dose not generate the yellowing phenomenon and prevents surface cracks of products and the lowering of mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION: The aromatic polyurethane resin composition is produced by a process comprising the steps of: synthesizing a prepolymer by mixing macroglycol, aromatic isocyanate, and 0.05-2wt%(based on the weight of the macroglycol and the aromatic isocyanate) of a phosphate-based antioxidant; adding 0.05-2wt%(based on a chain extender) of a formamidine-based UV absorbent to the chain extender selected from the group consisting of a macroglycol, a diol, a diamine, and a mixture thereof; and mixing the prepolymer and the produced chain extender. Additionally, a yellowing preventer is added to the prepolymer and the chain extender to prevent yellowing caused by nitrogen oxides.
