PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a current mirror circuit comprising output side transistors on the order of several hundreds in which the effect of the wiring resistance of feeder lines is reduced greatly without increasing the wiring area for the feeder lines. SOLUTION: In addition to the first input side transistor of a current mirror having one end connected with a first constant current source and the other end connected with a reference potential (e.g. the ground), a second input side transistor having one end connected with a second constant current source is provided at a position spaced apart by a specified distance. Furthermore, a plurality of output side transistors are provided, while being distributed, between the first and second input side transistors. Consequently, the gate-source voltage of the plurality of output side transistors is substantially equalized to the gate-source voltage of the second input side transistors. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
