PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator which is effectively downsized while realizing a balanced output by taking into account the connection to an IC circuit or the like adopting a balanced input system. SOLUTION: An oscillator section 22 is formed at an upper part in a stack direction, a conversion section 24 is formed at a lower part in the stack direction and a connection section 66 is formed between the both in a dielectric board 60. Concretely the oscillator section 22 is formed among a first dielectric layer S1 to a 6th dielectric layer S6, the conversion section 24 is formed to an eighth dielectric layer S8 and a ninth dielectric S9, and the connection section 66 is formed to the 6th dielectric layer S6. Further, an inner layer earth electrode 62b for aiming at the isolation between the oscillator section 22 and the conversion section 24 is formed in the dielectric board 60. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
