PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission system capable of enhancing the immunity against missing of operating information in a node apparatus and reducing the time required for a monitor to acquire the operating information and to provide the monitor and the node apparatus thereof. SOLUTION: An auxiliary storage area 66 of the monitor 3 stores the operating information 66a required for operations of a node 1-1. When e.g., the node 1-1 is started, the operating information 66a is loaded from the auxiliary storage area 66 of the monitor 3 to a main storage area 67 of the node 1-1. Further, operating information 66a stored in the monitor 3 is synchronized with the operating information 67a stored in nodes 1-1 to 1-n.
