PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a device for reserved recording in a hard disk recorder, which enable reserved recording even in a playback mode with the power source turned on. SOLUTION: When the power source of an HDD 6 is turned on and a stored image is reproduced, a control part 10 selects the program of the earliest reservation start time outputted from a tuner 2, obtains a label corresponding to the program, and stores the program on the HDD 6 when the selected program being received matches the label of the reserved program but selects the same reserved program as the program being received when not.
