PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the washing efficiency of the inside of the sheath tube of an insertion part for separating and arranging an operation rod and an ultrasonic probe inside. SOLUTION: A rod holding member 50a is formed nearly like an inverseΩshape, and fixed to an inner surface wall at a position where becomes the node of the vibration of a vibration transmission member 9 by welding of a plurality of spots. By putting the operation rod 50 through the inside of a space formed by the rod holding member 50a and the inner surface wall of the sheath tube of the insertion part, the operation rod 50 is held in the sheath tube 4 of the insertion part in the state of being movable forward and backward in the axial direction in the state of being separated from the vibration transmission member 9.
