PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snap-off blade cutter precisely performing cutting work in a place where no lighting facilities are provided. SOLUTION: The snap-off blade cutter 1 is provided with a blade 2 having an edge part 2a and an edge tip part 2b and cutting an object to be cut, a holder 3 holding the blade via a metal guide 5 and a lighting device 6 emiting a light to the edge tip part 2b of the blade 2 and its peripheral. The lighting device 6 is installed at the end part of the holder 3 positioned right under the edge part 2a and the side of the edge tip part 2b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
