PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel driving device for realizing a panel chassis or the like of low profile. SOLUTION: In a panel driving device to turn a panel 10 protruded sidewise from the storage position to the service position at a predetermined angle, a slider 19 to support the panel 10 at a front end portion in a reciprocally turnable manner is provided while the reciprocal movement is guided by a guide rail 22 of a chassis 14, and a reciprocally movable control plate 40 and a turnable arm 41 to reciprocally turn the panel 10 are fitted to the slider 19. In addition, the turnable arm 41 moved together with the slider 19 is guided by a groove cam part 40c of the control plate 40 and the panel is reciprocally turned at the position in which the panel 10 is moved by the slider 19 to the maximum protruding position, and the joint movement of the control plate 40 is locked.
