A barbecue assembly having an upper cooking section and a lower section formed from a plurality of frame members. Projections on either the upper or lower sections align with receivers on either upper or lower section such that the receivers receive the projections. The projection has a first and second portion whereby the first portion can be moved to be biased into contact with the inner surface of the receiver.
