PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corona discharge device having an electrode part devised so as to keep stable ion or ozone generating state for a long time. SOLUTION: This corona discharge device comprises an induction electrode; an insulating member formed on the induction electrode; and a discharge electrode facing the induction electrode and coming in contact with the insulating member. The discharge electrode is formed in a shape producing a spring action, or pressing force is applied to one end of the discharge electrode in the vertical direction to the insulating member with a separate member, to keep a certain constant distance between one end of the discharge electrode and the induction electrode.
