PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp mechanism of a magnetic disk, which allows to obtain predefined pressure by using an simple and inexpensive mechanism, and can clamp a magnetic disk in a short time. SOLUTION: While an engaging recess part 18 is formed inside the upper end of a cylinder 9 of a hub 8, engagement parts 12b of a plurality of engagement tongues 12d are projected from the bottom of a clamp spring 12 made of an elastic member formed nearly in dish shape. The engagement part 12b is engaged with the engaging recess part 18 by pressing with the clamp spring 12 and at the same time, the magnetic disk 10 is pressed and energized to the installation surface 11 of the hub 8 by the spring blade of the clamp spring 12.
