PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hydrogen concentration inside a vehicle from increasing by hydrogen outside the vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicle is provided with a hydrogen storage tank, and mounted with a fuel cell system for generating power by using hydrogen in the charged hydrogen storage tank. When it is charged with the hydrogen through a hydrogen pipe 11 from a hydrogen charging equipment 10 in the outside, hydrogen concentration in the cabin is detected by a hydrogen concentration sensor 24. In the case that the hydrogen concentration of a prescribed concentration value or more is detected, the outside air with hydrogen contained is prevented from its infiltration to inside the vehicle.
