PURPOSE: A correction unit for scoliosis correction instrument is provided to have a patient's scoliosis corrected and treated in a lying posture thereby making it easy and simple to use and continuously use during her/his daily life; and to effectively pressurize the abnormal spinal portion such as scoliosis by a pressurizing member being operational and elastic. CONSTITUTION: The correction unit(1) for scoliosis correction device comprises a horizontal moving lever(10) with an assembly portion(12) and a penetrating hole(14); a long bolt(20) with a spiral portion and a head portion(24) having a fixing key as projected; an operation lever(30) with a connection hole(32) having a key groove and a nut; a horizontal moving member for horizontally moving, engaged with a horizontal guide and gear(14); an operation rod(40) with a guide hole and a screw hole(42); a connection unit(46) with a fixing stopper(45), a spring(45a) and a slide hole; a operation rod(48) with a number of space controlling grooves(48a); and a pressurizing member.
