PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the removal of tempering liquid and rolling water smoothly and surely and the efficient arrangement of various necessary liquid removing devices without requiring excess space which are yet unsolved problems in a combined equipment of continuous annealing and hot-dip plating. SOLUTION: In the liquid removing device for temper mills which is installed in the combined equipment of continuous annealing and hot-dip plating, by installing polishers 4 for removing foreign matter of plating or the like stuck to the work rolls of the temper rolling mill in the vicinity of the outlet side of the rolling mill, also providing a pneumatic liquid removing device 5 for removing rolling liquid having divided fixing structure in a near position just after rolling and arranging wringer rolls 6 for removing the tempering water and a dryer 8, the various devices are properly selected to use in accordance cold-rolled steel sheets and plating materials.
