<p>PURPOSE: A rain sensor having a device for compensating infrared rays transmissivity is provided to prevent the output distortion of the rain sensor without changing of a resistor according to the variation of transmissivity of a windshield. CONSTITUTION: A rain sensor having a device for compensating infrared rays transmissivity comprises a light emitting part; a light receiving part receiving light reflected on a windshield; a variable resist device(24) forming resist value in accordance with the output value of the rain sensor; and a control unit(26) calculating the transmissivity of the windshield, on the basis of at least one parameter related with the rain sensor and controlling the variable resist device to determine the resist value of the variable resist device according to the calculated transmissivity.</p> |
