FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves first stage of drum acceleration to first speed of rotation upon termination of uniform distribution process; second stage of measuring first eccentricity when drum rotational speed reaches first rotational speed; third stage of comparing measured first eccentricity with predetermined control eccentricity; fourth stage of storing measured first eccentricity, if first control eccentricity measured at third stage is less than predetermined first control eccentricity; fifth stage of increasing drum rotational speed to second rotational speed and measuring second eccentricity upon reaching of second rotational speed; sixth stage of comparing second eccentricity with stored first eccentricity; seventh stage of performing squeezing process, when measured second eccentricity is less than stored first eccentricity. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability in detecting of eccentricity and improved squeezing process by detecting not only front eccentricity but also diagonal eccentricity through detecting of eccentricity at low speed and high speed, respectively. ^ 11 cl, 9 dwg |
