PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a wooden building preventing the deterioration of the quality of an axial material and a surface material due to a structural body being wet by rain water during construction work, related to the construction method applying waterproofing to the structural body of the wooden building. SOLUTION: In the construction method applying waterproofing to the structural body of the wooden building 10, the axial material 1 and the surface material 4 forming the structural body are conveyed to a construction site in a state to protect them by a waterproofing film 2 in advance, and both of them are combined with each other to form a unified structural body.
