FIELD: medicine, reconstructive microsurgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the branches of rear venous arch in projection of the 2nd metatarsal bone should be isolated with the part of surface fascia above the 2nd metatarsal bone, one should separate patient's skin together with subcutaneous fiber of foot's rear to form a gasket binding the 2nd metatarsal bone isolated vessels by keeping bonds of rear venous arch and foot's rear artery and comitant vein with supramedian half of the circumference of the 2nd metatarsal bone, in lateral part of rear surface of the 2nd metatarsal bone one should dissect periosteum to carry out longitudinal osteotomy of both cortical plates and osteotomy at the level of metaphysis and diaphysis according to the size required, then, by keeping the bonds of rear venous arch and foot's rear artery with comitant vein and the 2nd metatarsal bone one should lift autotransplant to provide it with optimal vascular netting and favors its osteogenetic function. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. ^ 2 dwg, 1 ex |
