PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed material of a crosslinked polyolefin resin having excellent heat-resistance and flexibility. SOLUTION: The foamed material of a crosslinked polyolefin resin is produced by using a polyolefin resin containing≥15 wt.% polypropylene resin having a crystal melting peak temperature of≥155°C by differential scanning calorimetry, crosslinking the polyolefin resin by irradiating with ionizing radiation, and decomposing and foaming a heat-decomposable foaming agent included in the polyolefin resin. The foamed material has a density of≤0.067 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, a 25% compression hardness of≤100 kPa at normal temperature in conformity to JIS K6767 and a 100% modulus of≥0.05 MPa measured by a tensile test at 160°C. Accordingly, the composition has excellent heat-resistance and flexibility and is formable to a complicate form by stamping without causing the breakage and crease of the product.
