PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk mold which improves transfer of the shape of a stamper and makes it compatible with warping. SOLUTION: The surface roughness of a thermal insulation plate 15 on the side not coming into contact with a stamper 6 is enlarged or a foaming agent 18 is inserted between the thermal insulating plate 15 and a mold core material. Thereby a thermal insulation effect can be enhanced and the flow of a resin in injection and the transfer corresponding to the shape of the stamper can be improved, while a cycle can be shortened by lowering a set temperature of the mold and a warpage (tangential tilt in particular) is also improved.
