PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimping anchorage structure which has a possible shortest length and minimizes slippage between element wires with respect to the tensioning force a PC steel strand, and to provide a method of forming the crimping anchorage structure. SOLUTION: The crimping anchorage structure is provided for anchoring the end of the PC steel strand 10 to a construction. The crimping anchorage structure has the PC steel strand 10 which is produced by twisting a plurality of element wires, an insert which is mounted on the periphery of the PC steel strand, a crimping sleeve 20 which is mounted on the periphery of the insert to compress and anchor the PC steel strand, and solid particles arranged between the element wires of the PC steel strand to increase a frictional force between the element wires.
