PURPOSE: A permeable loess vegetation block is provided to have an eco-friendly appearance, to stabilize the growth of plants and to improve stiffness and durability. CONSTITUTION: The permeable loess vegetation block(100) is composed of 0.5¯10 weight percent loess, 10 weight percent cement, 0.1-0.2 weight percent admixture and 10¯15 weight percent water against 100 weight percent coarse aggregate and provided with many vegetation holes(10). The vegetation hole(10) has a thickness of 80¯90 percents of the whole thickness of a block and a diameter of 5-10 centimeters.
