PURPOSE: A fuel filler door housing with a drain structure is provided to largely shorten cleaning time and improve convenience by immediately discharging water flowing into the fuel filler housing in washing vehicles with a high-pressure injector by the drain structure and to remove operation defects that the fuel filler door is not opened by preventing the front end of a slider member and a hook unit of a fuel filler door from being frozen by water in winter times. CONSTITUTION: A fuel filler door housing(2) with a drain structure is composed of a hanging sill(2a) formed by bending a part separated from a connecting part(M) with a quarter panel(3) at the constant gap to a fuel filler door(1); a drain passage(2b) of circulation structure arranged between the hanging sill and the connecting part of the quarter panel; and a drain port formed at the drain passage and connected with the outside of a vehicle body. The whole bottom side of the drain passage is inclined to position the drain port at the lowest side.
