PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk centering holder simple in device structure, with which pressurizing force of a pin can be easily adjusted. SOLUTION: This disk centering holder is provided with a disk clamp unit 21; a piston 40, a center boss 11; an elastic body 41; and a clamp pin 14. The disk clamp unit 21 is provided with a main body 20, a cap 7, a disk mounting surface 6, a hole 22 and a pin hole 10. The center boss 11 and the piston 40 are connected and slidable in the hole 22. The center boss 11 includes a tapered part 11c. The piston 40 is energized by the elastic body 41 so as slidable in the hole 22. The clamp pin 14 is slidable in the pin hole 10 by the engagement with the taper 11c and thereby capable of pressurizing the disk 2 which is held with the disk mounting surface 6.
