PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise suppression structure for a shielded cable at a low cost and with a simple arrangement using a typical connector for ensuring grounding between a cover shield of the shielded cable and ground at low impedance. SOLUTION: The structure comprises conductive shield covers 16, 17 which are attached to a chassis 11 for fixing with each other to enclose a non-shielded second connector 15, from both sides thereof, provided at an end of the shielded cable 14 connected to a first connector 13a of the chassis 11; and gaskets 18, 19 consisting of conductive members made of an elastic material which are arranged inside the shield covers 16, 17, respectively, with the surfaces thereof being conductive to the respective shield covers 16, 17. When the shield covers 16, 17 are attached to the chassis 11 for fixing with each other to enclose the second connector 15; the gaskets 18, 19 are elastically brought into contact with the cover shield at an exposed portion 14a to establish an electrical connection.
