PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a urea grease composition which has a good consistency yield and a little separating oil at elevated temperatures and also is excellent in the sound performance, friction characteristics and abrasion characteristics, by using a usual grease manufacturing plant without having facilities such as a special kneading apparatus for dispersing a thickener and a high pressure vessel. SOLUTION: The urea grease composition contains, on the basis of a mineral oil, a synthetic oil or a mixed oil thereof, 2-30% by weight of any compound of (1) such a mixture consisting of a compound (a) and a compound (b) as containing the compound (a) of 80-20% by mole relative to the compound (a) and the compound (b), (2) a mixture of the mixture (1) admixed with a compound (c), and (3) the compound (c) only. Additionally, the compounds are each expressed by general formula (a): R<SB>1</SB>NHCONHR<SB>2</SB>NHCONHR<SB>1</SB>, (b): R<SB>3</SB>NHCONHR<SB>2</SB>NHCONHR<SB>3</SB>and (c): R<SB>1</SB>NHCONHR<SB>2</SB>NHCONHR<SB>3</SB>, wherein, R<SB>2</SB>is a diphenylmethane group, R<SB>1</SB>is a 6-10C saturated alkyl group, R<SB>3</SB>is a 14-20C saturated or unsaturated alkyl group, in which the alkyl group contains therein 20% by mole or more of the unsaturated components.
