PURPOSE: A cowl crossbar mounting structure of a vehicle is provided to facilitate assembling and installation and to enhance the appearance, by integrally forming a side inner panel and a side cover. CONSTITUTION: In a cowl crossbar mounting structure of a vehicle, a side cover is fastened to a side inner panel(12), to protect the end of a cowl crossbar(11) inserted into the side inner panel and exposed to the outside. The side cover is formed in one body with the side inner panel. An insertion hole for inserting the cowl crossbar is formed in the side sinner panel. At least one supporting bracket(13) is formed to the side inner panel. A fixed bracket(14) fastened by bolts(15) is formed to the cowl crossbar. The fixed bracket is welded to the cowl crossbar. The supporting bracket is welded to the side inner panel.
