PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a flat battery pack having a thin wall and a high strength. SOLUTION: This flat battery pack structure comprises a flat-shape battery 3, a protection circuit mainly controlling the charging of the battery, and an upper lid 1 and a lower lid 2 incorporating the battery and the protection circuit. This constitution forms the whole surface of the upper lid 1 and the lower lid 2 of the battery pack into a satin finished pattern so as to provide the lightweight and flat battery pack structure having an effect of improving the strength.
