PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel medicine having JNK inhibition action. SOLUTION: The novel medicine having the JNK inhibition action comprises a compound represented by formula (I) (wherein the ring A is a substitutable benzene ring; R<SP>1</SP>is a substitutable cyclic hydrocarbon group or a substitutable heterocyclic group; R<SP>2</SP>is a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group which may be substituted with a substitutable hydroxyl group, a cyano group, an acyl group, a carboxyl group which may be esterified, a substitutable carbamoyl group or a substitutable amino group; X is a substitutable bivalent chain hydrocarbon group; and Y is a substitutable nonaromatic hydrocarbon group, a substitutable heterocyclic group, a substitutable hydroxyl group or a substitutable amino group) or its salt.
