PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation of sensor performance and the generation of damage or the like by an external factor while reducing the number of parts, and to obtain high positional accuracy in mounting, and high sensor performance and reduction in size and weight by reducing a clearance. SOLUTION: This slide seat is provided with a magnetic detection sensor 2a which is stored in an armouring case 23 mounted with an overhung collar 20 relative to the top surface 105 of an upper rail 1a with a sensor storage portion 21 facing downward; and the upper rail 1a provided on a top surface 100 at a prescribed position in the longitudinal direction. The magnetic detection sensor 2a in which the sensor storage portion 21 is provided in the top through an opening 105 of the upper rail 1a with the opening 105 covered with the overhung collar 20, and the magnet piece 2b fixed on a bottom surface in a front-side area or a rear-side area in the longitudinal direction of a lower rail 1b are provided on a guide rail 1 as a position sensor.
