ON WEAVING MACHINE, WEFT CHECKING METHOD AND DEVICE ESTIMATING BADNESS OR NO OF WEFT INSERTION PRECISELY

PURPOSE: On a weaving machine, a weft checking method and a device thereof are provided to precisely check weft according to kinds of the inserted weft and estimate badness of weft insertion precisely. CONSTITUTION: A weft checking method of a weaving machine comprises the steps of: setting up over one estimation condition used in estimating badness of weft insertion according to kinds of weft previously; selecting an estimation condition correspond to kind of the inserted weft; and then checking the selected estimation condition and a signal generated from a weft checker to estimate badness of the weft insertion. A weft checking device(10) comprises: a weft checker; an estimation condition setup device setting up estimation conditions used in estimating badness of the weft insertion according to the kinds of the weft; and an estimating device selecting the estimation condition correspond to the kind of the inserted weft and using the condition and the signal generated from the weft checker to estimate badness of the weft insertion.
